 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rich is, hands down, the guy you want for all your plumbing needs. I had a sewer back up and my toilet wasn't working right. I called him up and got same day service.  He was very prompt  and had excellent communication with me on exactly when he would arrive . He answered all of my questions and was very thorough taking his time to do what needed to be done the right way. He spent 2 1/2 hours at my house and determined it wasn't my problem...... it was my communities problem. (Mind you, 2 days earlier, my community told me the maintenance team had checked it out and that it was my problem!) Here's the best part about Rich (well, actually there are many) He saw my communities maintanance crew coming down the road and he stopped them. He told them I was having a problem and that it indeed WAS NOT on my end, that it was on their end! This guy actually waited for the maintance crew to go get their tool to take off manhole covers and helped them, up the road, to see roughly about where the clog was. He didn't charge me anything and wouldn't accept anything. He didn't even charge my community after helping them find the problem that they couldn't find days earlier! If that's not a great, honest, straight forward, stand up guy I don't know what is. I will refer him to every single person I know as the best plumber around. I live in Pocono Summit.
